The BTEC Level 1 Introductory in Hospitality and Tourism provides learners the opportunity to gain a basic understanding of the hospitality and tourism industries and how they operate, develop practical skills in customer service, food preparation, and event planning and learn essential workplace skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
